Hubungan Sanitasi Fisik Rumah dengan Kejadian Tuberkulosis pada Anak di Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit Umum Cut Meutia, Kabupaten Aceh Utara

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberkulosis menduduki peringkat kedua sebagai penyebab utama kematian akibat penyakit infeksi menular di seluruh dunia setelah Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Usia anak merupakan usia yang sangat rawan terhadap penularan penyakit tuberkulosis. Risiko meningkatnya penyakit tuberkulosis ini disebabkan antara lain oleh faktor lingkungan rumah, yaitu luas ventilasi  rumah,  pencahayaan  rumah  dan  kepadatan  hunian  rumah  yang tidak memenuhi syarat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sanitasi fisik rumah sebagai factor pendukung terjadinya TB dengan kejadian TB pada anak di Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit Umum (BLUD RSU) Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan September 2015 sampai April 2016. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 44 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas ventilasi rumah (p=0,345), pencahayaan rumah (p=0,762), dan kepadatan hunian rumah (p=0,227), berhubungan dengan kejadian TB pada anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan antara luas ventilasi rumah, pencahayaan rumah, kepadatan hunian rumah dengan kejadian TB pada anak di BLUD RSU Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2016.

Tuberculosis be second as leading caused of death from spread disease in world after Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Ages of child is sensitive ages with the transmission of tubercolosis. An increased risk of tuberculosis disease is caused between environmental  house’s factors, among of them is wide house’s ventilation, house’s lighting and density of houses are not eligible. This obsevatin have purpose to know the relation of physical sanitation house   as enabling factor the incidence of TB in children with TB incidence of children in regional public service general hospital (BLUD RSU) Cut Meutia North Aceh regency in 2016.  Type of this observation is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. This observation was conducted from September 2015 to April 2016. The quantity of samples taken as many as 44 respondents who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The result showed that relation of wide house’s ventilation (p= 0.345), house’s lighting (p=0.762), and density of house (p= 0.227) and the incidence of TB in children. Conclusion of this obsevation is there are no relation between ventilation, lighting and density of houses with this incidence of TB in children BLUD RSU Cut Meutia Hospital Nort Aceh Regency in 2016.
